We take extra care in quality but if customers are still not completely satisfied with your purchase, customers please contact us with your order number and complaint within 2 days after delivery for replacement instructions. We do not offer refund, only replacement will be offered in such case, The product should be in its original unused form for return. Our customer service department will investigate the complaint. We do not entertain any complaints for food meals and bakery items as these products cannot be tasted before delivery nor they offer any replacement to customers.
A refund is only possible if we fail to deliver your item on your desired date, However if your order is on hold due to address problem or incorrect telephone number provided then in such case a refund will not be offered and we will redeliver the item next day, This will void all warranties on product quality, as your items are purchased and they go in our storage and loose its freshness
When you place an order for flowers, should you realise you have made a mistake or change your mind, we are able to amend or cancel your order within one hour of it being placed. We regret we are unable to do so after this time.
We do not accept returns, or exchanges of custom orders unless/otherwise they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit accordance to the originally ordered.
All returned items must be returned at customer’s own responsibility the shipping will not be refunded.
